IBM Sister Company Restructure

BM Mittelstand Services (IMS) are a companionship of IBM Germany. The Blade Center technology must to be integrated in the product portfolio in order to offer that to it's customers too. This new technology was not well known enough in year 2006 so it was not easy to make everything ready for an operation.

IBM Blade Center is a complete, compact and integrated system designed to simplify IT in small and mid-sized offices and distributed environments. It’s packed with energy-saving features that causes lower operating costs and it’s flexible enough to grow with your business. The Project objectives were to integrate the new technology all the others Systems are in operating. There were IT Security Problems, Infrastructure Problems and also know how transfer for the Back office Team. Our Project Management Plan was plan for 2 years to get the Project Closure. After that the Project close more than 3 different giant customers are in operating on Blade Systems Technology. Between 2000 Employees are working every day on these systems and are satisfied.

Kabel Deutschland Technology Transfer

Kabel Deutschland (KDG) operates cable networks in 13 German states and supplies its services to approximately 9 million connected TV households in Germany.

Since 2005 they have decideed as the Germany largest cable network operator to integrate the new technology of triple play into it's existing infrastructure. This was major project starting with a few companies. In the first step the network level 3, which is for the regional distribution of signal, had to be restructured. After that the network level 4 has to be upgraded. In order to do that, many problems were to be solved and different courses of actions have to be found out in a clever manner. But our company was one of the first companies which has taken all the experiences from the U.S. and has rolled out this new technology in 2006. We closure many jobs and give much private houses in all of the parts of Germany the possibility to phone, to surf the internet and to see digital TV.
